If you don't like default keyboard shortcuts, you can transform them by going to Resources > Add-ons, scrolling to the keySharky item and clicking Preferences. Now in keySharky Alternatives window, click within input box of shortcut you want to alter (so it has concentrate ) and then press any permitted keyboard combo. If it is legitimate, it should modify quickly for your usage pleasure :)

Default keyboard shortcuts:

 * Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Z to Perform /Pause picked song

 * Ctrl + Alt + Shift + X to Halt taking part in song

 * Ctrl + Alt + Shift + A to pick past song in playlist

 * Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D to pick following song in playlist

Note: keyboard shortcuts only perform when target is on major window! So you cannot handle Grooveshark being inside flash player.
