Apper is a instrument that supplies a KDE interface for PackageKit (aka KPackageKit).

Compiling:

- $ mkdir create && cd build
- $ cmake.. -DCMAKE_ Put in _PREFIX=/usr/ # you should put in in /usr in any other case KDE is not going to find it
- $ make
- $ su
