Safe for Amoled is a Firefox and SeaMonkey extension that runs in the background and automatically darkens the white background of web pages, saving Amoled displays from burnout and reducing battery consumption.

Safe for Amoled is an open source add-on designed to work with Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or later, SeaMonkey 2.0 or later, Firefox Mobile 8.0 or later and Firefox for Android 11.0 Alpha 1 - 25.0.

This add-on does not require a browser restart.
